About Ty:   I am a certified trainer and massage therapist - But mostly I'm someone who knows the struggle of sugar addiction, of having to start over after having babies, and of battling body dysmorphia and self-sabotage.   I now use food for energy and healing, exercise less, and am able to enjoy my life without shame and guilt!

Why A Whole-Body Health Coach:  Trying to change a lifetime of unhealthy mental and physical habits requires a lot of attention and support.   It has taken most of my life and help from my own coach to get it right.  You don't have that kind of time.  The principles of my coaching are grounded in the understanding that it takes ownership, awareness, and the integration of your whole-body to create transformative change. Through self-healing techniques,  food to support your body, mindfulness, and daily movement, we allow the body to function at it's the highest level, and for you to be able to move freely and feel confident in whatever you want to do physically.
